The fourth trimester (and beyond!) can be a challenging time for new parents. Between caring for your baby, coping with hormones, and adjusting to a new routine, it can be overwhelming. While everyone tells you to sleep when your baby sleeps, you may find yourself wondering if you should also be doing chores during those precious moments of rest.
